Hey guess what TheDunAltList did lately, it's another Counter:Side alt-

Naielle Bluesteel is one of the older (just a simple 19 years old), taller (5'5", in actuality.) students at the Administration Counter Academy, a place for humans that have been gifted with extraordinary powers to learn and control their newfound abilities for the betterment of mankind, whether in combat against Corrupt Objects like Naielle or those who find themselves more inclined for peaceful duties. Gifted with an ease of swordplay, Naielle may have gotten a bit too into it - while she can manage amazing feats on the battlefield, most would say she's still very much a student, as much as the blonde would say otherwise even as she's struggling to actually use more than one of the three swords she carries around at all times.
Add in a general smug attitude with her thinking she's above even a lot of the adults she can meet, and you got the perfect recipe for having a smug girl who can get herself into a lot of trouble. Espeically if someone finds her calling herself "the finest garbage" and realizing she has a weakness to hypnosis in particular..
That said, don't underestimate her too much - or you'll be giving her a reason to gloat while she's right on top of you!

(I am also very much not attached to that basic background: want to play her as just an ordinary smug student with a weakness to hypnosis? Go ahead~)
