Many centuries ago, long before any humans or furries ever existed, the land was ruled by the great cold-blooded reptiles. Giant sentient snakes and lizzards mastered powers long-forgotten by now. It was a golden age of the reptiles and like any other golden ages it came to end with the beginning of the Ice Age. But there were those, who tried to fight against it, tried to keep their kind from completely vanishing... And they've started experiments. Merging their kind with warm-blooded creatures that recently appeared on the land. It was how the first naga was born. Nagas and lizzards, smaller than their great ancestors possesed one special quality - their bodies were able to keep high temperature, making them less vulnerable to freezing...

And then the Ice Age came. Great reptiles of the past passed away, but those races created by them, races that inherited their knowledge and power lived. But due to some mistake in calculations - Ice Age was longer than they predicted, and thus supplies were running low, threatening to wipe all of them. And the only solution was hibernation. All population gathered in several underground cities, where by magic and technology they were put into sleep with complicated spells to care about them in their sleep and no less complicated triggers to wake them up when conditions outside would met the preset ones.

The fate of other reptile cities are unknown, but the entrance to great city of K'hass'sa collapsed during Ice Age, cutting the city from the outside sensors... And only recently due to some eartquake it was reopened and machines started waking it's inhabitants.

Awaken inhabitants:

Shast - he is the one showed on the picture - he is the best warrior of the city. He is large and extremly strong and his breed is one of the constrictor snakes, meaning that he lacks any poisonous fangs. Also he is not skilled in magical arts, relying more on his physical strength and agility and when it's not enough - on his exceptional skill with weapons.

Vis'sa - she is Shast's wife. Her form is smaller, slimmer and seems to be fragile. Her breed is one of cobras, leaving her with quite a well-known hood and pattern on her scales as well as with poisonous bite able to kill an elephant with one scratch. Being weaker than her husband, she is master of magic, especially of hypnosis and mind-controlling - usually one glance is enough for her victim to be charmed into obedience. She also serves as the lead technican in the city, taking care of all those spells and technology.

Vis'st - son of Shast and Vis'sa. His body took best from both parents making him a constrictor snake with poisonous bite and some affinity to magic. Though, he is better trained with weapons like his father. Being quite young he is already well-known among nagas for skills of stealth, enhanced by some magic, making him quite a good spy...

Those three are supposed to recon the area around the city and prepare the rest of it's inhabitants to awakening. Other naga and reptiles would be added to the list sooner or later.

Reptile technology:
Reptiles aren't using mechanical technology, instead preferring biological one. And while they can be surprised by the sight of some modern technology, their technology is no less powerfull as modern mechanical one.

Reptile magic:
Reptiles mostly use magic involving mind control and transformation.

OOC:
Mostly pure pred, but may consider playing prey with other scalies.
