She is an overexcitable night sparrow youkai, who usually lives around forests.
She posseses the ability to temporarily inflict night-blindness on those who listen to her song, causing whoever hears to have difficulty seeing for a while.
Besides that, though, she's fairly unremarkable. Despite the fact that she's generally overconfident in herself, she's not all that strong. Sometimes she owns a stand that sells grilled lamprey eels, but not all the time. Her weakest point is her wings, as they're incredibly sensitive. She also loves wingrubs. Generous rubbing of them can render her pleasured and helpless.
