Having found herself hating the life of a hero, Jasmine Creed slowly began bending the rules. After all, if the crooks stole something, why not just take a small cut and say it got lost in the battle? Soon she was letting criminals get away if they agreed to cut her in on the heist. Eventually, she was ruling them by fear from the shadows. Petty criminals either joined her turf or... Well, they disappeared. Eventually, her actions came to light, and she stepped off the grandoise stage of heroics and into the night of villainy permanently. Laying low, building up her projects from the safety of anonymity.
Outside of the cape and mask, she began to use her funds to better herself. Education, understanding, study and observation. All easily afforable when one is lining their pockets, never on such a pittance as a hero. For the greater good? That is all well and fine for those who dream to work their asses off for people who won't care when they grow old, or can no longer provide such a service. Planning for the future, living in the moment, aren't those what people should be stirving for?
To talk about these issues, she poses as an activist for hero rights. It offers her simultaneously a good cover story, as well as the ability to remain close to those she has to fight against. Acting the part of a fangirl who cares about the final result of the toll when one dons the cowl, she can leisurely observe her enemies while providing aid.
Her powers? Her alias, Myriad, comes from her varied abilities. At its root, it isn't so much that her powers are many, it is that multiplying is her power. Physically, she can maintain five of herself. Although her namesake, this cuts at her main power. She has the power to multiply attributes, though only one or two at a time. Currently, her power is at the level where she can maintain what she calls 'x10'. That is, she can multiply an attribute (strength, speed, toughness, etc.) by up to ten times her normal level. If she splits into two, this leaves each with 'x5'.
