Mutsuki is a young mad scientist whose "creative" method of experimentation had him quickly expelled from any school he ever applied to. The heir to an unnaturally large fortune, Mutsuki never hurt for funds, and has managed to build and bio-engineer all manner of gadget and substance in recent years. Despite all of this, this slender, trap-of-a-brainiac has been hard pressed to find willing volunteers for his experiments, and has had to resort to.. let's say "appropriating" subjects off the streets. Most people would call it "drugging" and "kidnapping", but they don't understand the needs of SCIENCE..!
.. or the needs of Mutsuki. More specifically, his carnal needs. Being locked up in a lab for most of the day tends to make an already pent-up ball of hormones very easy to excite, and sometimes, seeing subjects writhe or hearing them whimper while he experiments on them gets him a little.. horny, and mechanical toys are only good for so long. So his "volunteers" might get a little sip of his patent-pending Lustfrenzy Potion, and he might experiment on them a little more intimately. It happens. A lot. He considers trials on the body through pleasure to be some of the most fun experiments possible. At this point, he kidnaps some people entirely to fuck them, or at least play with them, and has convinced himself it's all for "science". Building robot tentacles to screw someone with? Science. Drugging somebody and making them suck on his toes? Science. Forcing someone to put on a strap-on and peg him? Science. Shrinking someone and rolling their naked body around in his mouth? You figure that one out.
Mutsuki is pretty haughty and full of himself, so even though he's got a small army of tools to use for capturing prey, it's not uncommon that he might become somebody else's plaything or snack in a moment of overconfidence. In those instances, he has a little "clone" project running that detects any moment he goes "out of commission"-- then it updates the next clone with a working backup of his last sleeping brain scan, and it wakes up, taking his place. This happens perhaps way more than he'd like.
