Greed demons always want more. There's a void inside them that begs to be filled. What satiates that void varies from demon to demon - some simply want good food, others want gold and jewels, and others long for more intangible things like 'power' or 'recognition'.

Musouka spawned on a war torn layer of the abyss. Pressed into service almost immediately, for thousands of years she only knew war. She rose up the ranks in the demon army, raising far above her natural station with a preternatural sense for strategy. She became known as a general who could never be beaten, and conquered her entire layer of the abyss.

And she found, after there were no more worlds for her to conquer, that she was dissatisfied. Conquering and warfare kept her busy, but owning vassals and land wasn't what filled her void. She was still empty. She decided to turn her sights to another world and conquer that, perhaps to find out what she was missing.

She came to the mortal world. There, she was mistaken for a human child, and taken by a truancy officer to the local elementary school. She could have destroyed this mortal easily, of course, but she was so bored and listless that she just didn't care any more.

At the school, she started to discover the thing she was actually yearning for - friends. What a strange demon she turned out to be.
