Mortha

Mortha was a Gastrodon that used to be a part of a team, whose main job was to protect and care for her weaker, more vulnerable teammates. Despite never actually having a single child of her own, she developed a bit of a mothering tendency from such and tends to be overprotective of anyone she cared for, to the point where it could even be described as a bit... smothering. Considering her natural speed is... lacking at best, she finds it difficult to keep up with people to keep them well protected, so usually the simplest way of keeping them safe is keeping them close. Very, very close. And she sometimes has a hard time wanting to let people go afterwards, on the off chance they find themselves in danger again.
