A mysterious goat-lady, usually seen at night. She sticks out due to her glowing earrings and horns, that shed and grow again every new moon. At night she sells illegal potions and other magical trinkets, though her most sought after product is her "moon-goat milk". Customers speculate how it is made, but all they know is it makes them feel good. She can be quite smug and mischevious and likes to keep her secrets to herself most of the time.



Cynthia's magical power will spike rarely when a special moon event happens, most of the time however she tries to avoid confrontation by fleeing instead of standing her ground. This happens rather frequently, as people want to know the secrets of her product. Additionally her powers and height both fluctuate depending on the moon phase, being higher close to a full moon. During daytime she runs a potionshop where she brews and sells various potions, growing her own plants for brewing in a cozy greenhouse connected to the shop.
