=============== Moniari Themistria, otherwise known as Monia Themis... quite a unique girl for the ZergAlts player. Heck, probably a unique kind of character around the portal as a whole. Of course, I can't search the character database by species, so there's no way for me to know if she's the only one of her kind that would make semi-regular appearances, so meh. Long story short: Monia Themis is some form of deity, though it's easy for people to be mislead due to her heavy affiliation with moths... and moth-like traits of her own.
Despite not being Japanese, Monia has a love of Japanese clothing, fine kimonos in particular. Of course, in a pinch, she can eat the longer bits to sustain herself, and doesn't have to worry too much about eating too much. She can always make more if she has the right energy to do so. Unlike the picture, though, Monia isn't too fond of footwear that elevates her a great degree, and prefers flatter footwear, perhaps as a symbol of humility.
Monia has a very teasing personality at times, going on flirtatious depending on how well her day is going. She pokes just about anyone for anything from talk, to cuddles, to French kisses, but never beyond that in the public eye. She does well to respect people's boundaries, and acts accordingly to avoid earning the person's ire, but she doesn't know everything and is prone to accidently pressing someone's buttons. At the very least, the woman is very good about keeping another person's tastes in mind. As for what makes her really quirky... well, she has a bit of a light problem. As in, she can't help but find herself entranced with a vast majority of artificial light sources. If she focuses too much on one, she just kinda stands/sits there, wide-eyed and entranced until someone shakes her out of it. And that's not even considering her bizarre dandruff problem, which pops up every now and then with absolutely no warning. Oh, and she eats clothes when in a certain mood. Just a warning, for those who wear little. As for sentient cloth beings, she finds those abhorrent, so she doesn't bite those.
Under normal circumstances, Monia herself isn't exactly powerful for a deity. She leaves all the heavy-duty work to her giant pet moth, Lepihete. Lepihete is quite the powerhouse, capable of denting military-grade armor if he goes fast enough... though, this is likely to scramble the poor thing's head for a few days, so he just sticks to busting through brick and mortar without a flinch. He can also generate large amounts of hypoallergenic(?) dust to help him and his mistress escape from danger. Monia herself has a few tricks up her sleeve, capable of producing large amounts of silk (ironically, her favorite food-fabric) to capture her foes and hold them down, as well as cushion her falls, tie people down, etc. For those of you savvy with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, it's almost like she has the stand Stone Free. :V
As for her Awakened form down below, she hasn't been pushed far enough to warrant that... ever. Even she doesn't know what would come of awakening her inner power, and it might not be a good idea to do so, so be wary.
