If Mona were to ever lose her costume some how, she'd look much like a coalseced blob of jet black goo, a pair of shimmering golden eyes lost deep within the ichor, if the goo were left long enough it would rise and form into a vaguely person shaped form, those glimmering eyes taking their place where a head may be, upon the terrifying dripping vision of the gooey ghost that loomed over you.
Mona when she's in possession of her disguise is a sweet little lady, cute as can be and happy to snuggle up to friends and be an all around lovely person, but should she lose her outfit or should it be harmed in any way she'd turn almost immediately into a dangerous rampaging brat, lost in a rage fueled tantrum until her prized possession is returned/fixed.
