Minosia

Minosia is a friendly, if airheaded, big ol moo girl! She's from the eastern steppes, a place where minotaurs are known to roam free, living solitary nomadic lives. However, the general tendency of other minotaurs, male and female alike, to be rather brutish has sent the comparatively gentle Minosia in search of new places to live, where she can hopefully make some friends!

...And likely become food. Just because she's big doesn't make her not edible, after all.
