Mimique

The chest!
Mimique is a shapeshifter! Meaning she can take whatever form she wishes, though one thing never changes: the chest she lives in. Deep mahogany sides, faded and worn with age, adorned with simple decorative lines around its body. Metal braces on the corners, a dull iron battered and dented, with rivets running across their lengths. A simple gray lock panel with a keyhole that only one key can possibly enter. The chest is unassuming in appearance, and yet captivating to the eye, speaking of potential treasure within, though the exact connotation of its contents varies depending on the wishes of the observer. To the greedy, it obviously holds untold wealth and riches, filled to the bring with gold and precious jewels. To the devout, it seems likely to hide ancient manuscripts, dusty scrolls from prophets of old. To the scholarly, it calls out with the promise of artifacts from long-dead civilizations, relics of the past that can create a picture to the researchers of today. Whatever the heart desires, the mind instinctively visualizes within the chest, so that opening it is not a mere possibility but rather a foregone conclusion.


The girl!
The real contents of the chest are far different. The mimic that resides within it can change her appearance at will to take on any form she desires, though she is always a beautiful girl with an oddly missing pair of legs, connected as she is where her thighs should be to the fleshy inside of the chest. Her torso is surprisingly long, allowing her to reach out and nab hesitant approachers. The girl's skin is always supremely soft, even to the point of being eligible to be described as 'squishy.' And what's more, Mimique is not restricted to the limitations of normal human females. Her size, shape, coloration, flexibility, they can all change to fit her mood or the desires of her victims. Most often she manifests as pictured, with luxurious lavender skin, flowing teal hair, and piercing orange eyes. She likes to wear jewelry to further entice her victims, glittering ornaments of jade and gold that are worth a small fortune, though sometimes she prefers the simple seduction of bare flesh.


The encounter!
Mimique eats people! It's true, she does. She also seduces them and/or sexes them up. It's surprisingly roomy within her chest, and what's more its walls are velvety soft, with a soothing warmth emanating from the fleshy barriers all around, the sides wet with a layer of slimy mucus. But not everyone she meets winds up snagged and taken inside to be toyed with or digested. For a mimic, she is surprisingly interested in making friends, curious about the people that walk about on their leggy things. Sure, she has to hop to get around, which can hinder friend-making efforts, but maybe one day she'll meet someone with a cart. <3
