Meet Alice to most she is a rather sweet and friendly girl always being nice to new workers that she hires as well as new clients.
Once one gets to know miss alice things change a bit she is tiny bit naughty at times always flirting with her workers while they are tiny finding it fun to tease them when ever she can.
You see alice is a mage of sorts well she would have been if she had finished her schooling she had gotten bored learning spells and magic that didnt have any point to her.
Instead she went on to learn a few neat spells on here own learning both transformation magic as well as size changing magic.
Armed with these few spells she set up a rather cute but gimmicky maid service specializing it super cute and tiny maids.
Starting off it was just alice shrinking herself sometimes getting herself teased by the cute employers secretly enjoying every minute of not being in control.
Eventually after building up clients Alice started to hire other cute maids allowing her to stay normal sized most of the time letting her and the clients tease the tiny cuties.
Even now that she is the boss she still shrinks herself down just for fun from time to time.
