Lore: Metal Man is the first Robot Master designed/created by Dr. Wily, with the sole purpose of eliminating Mega Man. Metal Man has been built based on Cut Man's schemes, except that he has superior speed and precision, in addition, of the ability to generate numerous ceramic titanium blades in record time. After he was defeated and Destroyed by Mega Man it passed a long time until someone or something rebuilt him, now he is lost in the nexus, doing whatever he desires, terminating anything that stands in his way.
