To the public eye, he simply works at one of the local clubs in town. Maybe you've seen him running things in a booth or helping a live band get things set up, but he does his best to be seen.

When the music shuts off though, he simply seems to disappear though, off to do whatever smuggling or illicit deeds that bring in the real money while trying to avoid those pesky Bots for Execution of Law-Enforcement (BEL-Es).

Melias is a bit of a tech junkie, and a few enhancements here and there never hurt anybody, right?
