The heavy fog that has been following you suddenly lifts up reliving a glistening lake. Near the shoreline a lone figure sits, bathing in the cold waters before he turns and looks at you. His vivid green eyes gaze at you as though looking into your very soul before he gives a soft smile and beckons you closer to the lone figure....

Being 6'3" and 160 Lb, Mer has a rather slim appearance As would be expected from a anthro Dragonair. His Green eyes glisten with kindness as His shy smile gives way to his soft personality. Typically prefuring to be nude, when required to wear clothes he sticks to a simple outfit of jeans and a tight t-shirt, though what he wears as underwear greatly depends on the mood.

Always polite to strangers and loving to friends, you would not expect the dragonair to have a rather predatory mindset. Loving the idea of swallowing others whole or even swallowing their soul in order to give him an energy boost. But, even if such actions are taken, Meir would make sure his prey are unharmed in the end. loving the idea of a prey that returns again and again to provide a sort of unlimited energy source for him as well as developing a strong trusting friendship.

Eating others is what he enjoys but not his general hobby as he loves water. to swim through it as though he was flying since unlike the feral of his kind, he cannot fly (at the moment). He also enjoys practicing his powers and figuring out how to use them to dazzle others or protect himself. so far, the only power he can properly do is ice beam and Raindance.

Sadly, Meir's biggest weakness and perhaps biggest flaw is that he has to continuously recharge his energy meaning that he is required to swallow the souls of others to take a bit of energy from them before replacing the weakened soul back into the body.

To make up for this flaw, He always tries to have a great personality so that those who he gets his energy from return again and again. He will not swallow a weakened soul in fear of permanently absorbing it.

Also, as a side note. He does love to tease and even play with the souls of others. literally
