December 14th, 1854, A play occurred at the Whenthorpe Theater in Virginia.
Young puppeteer Mary Jacobs was the star of the show, Making everyone in the
house bend to her whim because of her puppets. However, This night would be a tragic one
as one support beam for the rafters in which she performed had rotted. As the climax of the show
came to a close, There was a loud crack... and suddenly it was over. Mary was gone with a broken neck
Landing right on top of her puppet. Her spirit now uses the doll as a host for herself, Represented by black ooze
trapped inside of the puppet. Thanks to the presence of a human soul, Mary Onett can do anything that a normal
human could, including but not limited to, Having (or at least mimicking) a heartbeat, Digesting food that enters her body,
and giving affection to those she loves.
