Mariko. Silpelit Number Thirty-Five. The only surviving third-generation silpelit. Approximately five years old, this sadistic little terror is easily one of the most horrifying personalities you'll ever meet. She might seem like sugar and spice at first, but only if you're outside of her vector strike range...which is very, very difficult.
Thirty-Five was imprisoned as an infant and raised inside a steel container with human contact consisting of nothing more than a scientist acting as a sort of foster mother through speakers and monitors. Her physical impairment is seen in her atrophied limbs as she moves around in a wheelchair...most of the time. She can propel herself with her vectors, but this is rarely done. Her right arm is a prosthetic, as the original was destroyed by an implanted bomb when she was released from her holding tank. The rest of the explosives inside of her have since been disabled...no one is quite sure who did this, or why.
Mariko (going by the manga) has well over fifty vectors at her disposal, with an estimated range of well over fifteen meters.
For those unfamiliar with the diclonius mutations, a vector is essentially a psychic limb controlled by the mind of the diclonius...a single vector is quite strong and amazingly fast, able to dismember or decapitate a body-armored soldier before that soldier can even react. Vectors can also be used defensively, and the average vector is capable of stopping cold anything smaller than a fifty caliber tungsten bullet. Silpelit Thirty-Five's vectors are stronger than normal, and are quite capable of damaging even hardened structures, or defending against rocket-propelled grenades and shells of up to 20-30mm. Vectors have been noted to phase through solid objects, which is how a diclonius makes use of its most feared ability.
A diclonius can transmit a virus through purposeful physical contact with a human victim. The victim will, upon having a child, birth a silpelit instead of a normal baby. This is how they reproduce. And this is how they may eventually replace humanity.
These children are known as silpelits, and while they are unable to reproduce as normal, they can still spread the virus.
Diclonius and silpelits are marked by bone-like protrusions on their heads. When unconcealed, they somewhat resemble cat ears...

Notes:
Mariko is relatively well developed psychologically for her age...however, she is extremely homicidal and sadistic, and enjoys torturing and dismembering her victims. This does not mean she is inherently evil. She's only having fun, and the pleasure she gets from it is equivalent to a child playing with toys.
This means that, in character, it's quite difficult to get anywhere near the little beast unless you're insane or you've got a gilded tongue. Indeed, the mere mention of vore will cause a gory decapitation or dismemberment. I would choose your words wisely if you want to roleplay with her. ^^ An OOC approach first would be better.
In reality, she's a better development character, though it's still quite risky. Despite her young age, she's very very smart. Her emotional development is a little stunted, but...oh well.
She'd not mind parental figures, or a big sibling type...though you still have to get past her violence before you're considered.
Mariko has a separate, split personality known only as 'Myu' brought on by blunt force head trauma. This personality will write in Violet Red and has little vocabulary other than Myu. She's essentially helpless in this form. Mariko might become Myu if extreme kindness or love is shown to her...and Myu will become Mariko if she's threatened in any way.
Mariko doesn't fight with something if it's not another diclonius. At least, she doesn't call it a fight. She'll engage in an act of hostility, but in the end, it's little more than murder.
