Mari Valentine – Human Form

Mari Valentine is a regular teenager with an interesting split personality. On the outside, she seems like she’s a regular teenager and she is busy doing the same thing that a lot of us do in real life. She has a job at the local temple, she goes to school, and she has friends that she hangs out with during her free time. To the average eye, there isn’t anything that would particularly draw you towards the girl.

Mari is generally a quiet, reserved individual, very slow to warm up to new people. She views the world in a sphere of negativity, which tends to make her seem like a total brat. She believes that most people are inwardly evil and can only be trusted to a certain degree. Some people will be nice to you and pretend to be your friend, and in reality, some people may truly wish to be your friend. But Mari believes in her heart of hearts, no matter what happens, that most people will happily betray you when the reward hanging in front of their noses is strong enough. This is the main reason she keeps herself from speaking much to others. Despite this, Mari still looks for a friend: Someone who is truly interested in her and who she can share her deepest thoughts with. Someone that will gladly take a bullet for her, and someone she can grow to do the same thing for them as well.

Whenever Mari is in danger, she will slip on her mysterious fox mask and transform into Raposa, a powerful Kitsune with terrifying magical powers. In this form, she becomes a different person altogether. While the normal Mari is shy, nervous, and slow to shy up to other people, Raposa is rough, flirty, and dominant. She is not shy about meeting and confronting others, and not above pushing a cute girl into the alleyway to fuck till she cries out her name. A full nine tails protrude from her body right above her rear, a pipe appears in her left hand and an umbrella in her right, and whatever she happens to be wearing will fade away in honor of a kimono to show off her enhanced, sexy body.

Raposa – Fox Diety Form

In this form, Raposa holds a multitude of powers that makes her a force to be reckoned with. First and foremost, she has her ability to control the elements. Taking control of and conjuring fire, water, earth, lightning, and the elements in all of its harmful forms is quite easy for Raposa. She uses it as a basic attack to put her opponents in terror. She can also cast incantations to change her opponent and their form, making a creature several times her own size and shrinking them down till they’re easier to deal with. Or perhaps take one of her allies and make them as tall and as strong as the mountains!

More strongly in her favor though is her ability to attack the spirit of a being. Raposa can conjure a powerful wind that doesn’t blow around the body of others, but through them and against their spirit. If your soul does not have a strong enough grip on your body, you’ll blow out and leave your body an empty husk, easily possessed by Raposa’s subservient Shinto spirits that flow around her body. And unlike other spells that weaken as Mari weakens, this spell will maintain the same strength as it had when the battle first started. And if the Shinto spirits possess you, the effect is permanent. Meaning you’ll have died and Raposa will have a new servant to serve her even in her human form! She loves to use as a finishing move in a battle where her opponent has been driven to their very limit and their grasp on their soul is weakest. Another strong host to serve her in reality! ^^

Fox Diety Abilities

Time for a Smoke:

Nothing interesting to report here! Raposa has whipped out her pipe and she has begun to smoke using it! This may because of many factors! She may have just needed a smoke, or perhaps she's blowing her smoke at you as a way to try to turn you on! Either way, she'll only smoke around people she's comfortable with and knows doesn't mind. Otherwise, she'll try to be considerate. This ability is not combat oriented!

A Fox's Fire

Raposa will begin to glow, her hair erupting into a constant flowing ember of flames that does no harm to her own form. In this state, she has both the ability to manipulate and create flame to throw at you in any number of ways. Her eyes and fingernails are bright red in this form..


Raining on Cats and Dogs

In this form, Raposa has control over both water and the weather. Her hair turns a beautiful blue color except for her fox-ears, maintaining more of a flowing texture as if water is constantly flowing through it. Raposa cannot directly create water like she can through her firey form, but she can summon dark clouds to form in the sky in a matter of moments. Once it begins to rain, Raposa can gather the water around her hands to sent it at her enemies in condensed bursts. And as it rains more, Raposa's power in this form grows. As the height of her power, her fingernails will glow a shimmering blue.


The Grim Reaper's Breath

With this power, Raposa is granted both the power of wind and the power to take people's souls as her own. With this attack, she blows a powerful gust of air at you! But the air isn't flowing as much at you as it is....through you. That is you can feel your very soul being pushed by the wind, grasping to your body for dear life. If your soul ever slips and lets go, it'll blow out of your body! And all that is left is for one of Raposa's shinto spirits to possess your body....and that's it. Your body is possessed and you are defeated. And what is worse, your former form will serve Raposa for all eternity. Such a shame!

OOC: The player is looking for a multitude of role-plays. You can meet Mari and try to warm up to her, or you can challenge her after she has become Raposa and attempt to beat her in battle! Love her, hate her, romance her or try to tear her apart emotionally. Whatever you want! Other people can use the mask as well if they put it on as well, but Mari looks upon it as the ultimate sign of trust and it will take a long time before she trusts you enough to wear it!
