A pretty easy guy to get along with. A bit of a flirt when he wants to and sort of insane sometimes as well. Known to live in the city or in the middle of a forest, not that he has anything to fear! He is really nice though, he just hates rude people and won't mind taking them out. Morally, he is straight edge, but when certain kinds go around or he is hungry enough, he turns a 180.
Seriously, I can get into a life story and all that shit but that just takes too much time for something people won't even read.
Will eat the fuck outta anything! Seriously, male, female, herm, unknown... or something. Everything tastes wonderful and as long as he has a nice belly... well... I think we all can love that.
Macro stuff can be done! Seriously, that gem he wears help keep things normal. Full moon cycles sorta upset that and when the full moon hits, well... 100 foot macrofolf goes stompy stompy, nommy nommy and everything else in between.
Have an idea? Run it by me, I am pretty open towards most things depending on the mood.
He doesn't remember much of his childhood, only having a mother-figure that he barely remembers. He is nice... but tends to be a bit sarcastic and has a tenancy to sometimes go over the edge, but blame that on work. He works in a factory in a city, long hours and not the best pay but its gets him a place to live. To be honest he doesn't even need the pay as his ability can get him gems to sell, he does it more for exercise then anything else.
He has had romantic exploits in the past, but is single at the moment. Last thing he tried was a relationship with Rosalie_ but it failed after an unforeseen event causing him to grow depressed, leaving without a word for months, hiding within the mountains.
Objects of Value:
That gem around his neck, nicknamed the LunaStone. The stone is kept in a silver casing on a large steel chain around his neck, and is actually rather heavy for others if they try to put it on. The stone is blue, the inside swirling around almost in a balance. The magical properties of the stone are not fully understood. All that Marcus knows is that the stone provides a seal on him, containing his power by a decent degree. The whole reason is on is to keep him from accidently decimating a town. He has learned to control his powers better, but even so, taking it off could cause problems, such as spontaneous earthquakes, or in his case, growth.
Abilities:
- Earth Manipulation: Very intense power, his strongest at least and it has effected him more then just being able to toss boulders. He can think and will for the earth to move around him, and can detect different rocks and the density to what it suits the situation. For instance, he can detect gems adn metals in the earth and use them. This of course makes it harder the deeper they are, but the deeper the rock, the more dense it is.
- Superior Strength: He, being born of the earth (or so he thinks) and his ability to control the element of the earth, his strength is much more then most people, being able to hold people down with ease, or lift large objects. This of course doesn't make him superman, but he hits rather hard as well.
- Thick Coat: Normally his coat of fur and skin is normal, but the years of tinkering with his power made his skin a bit thicker, as well as his fr to be a little more abrasive. He can also summon a layer of earth around him for added protection
- Increased Resistance: Being an earthen child, he is more adept to surviving in terrible locations, as well as he is more resistant to toxins and poison. He is not immune however! Enough of anything can kill you. Such as a tranquilizer dart will only work to a small limit, but many can put him out.
- Tail: Not sure how to make it sound badass but his tail is formidable. Its longer then most tails of his race and can constrict like a snake, can also eat as well!
- Macro: On certain nights, when the moon is full, he can go macro form. This is a very interesting thing, as he grows almost to 100 feet tall and stays that way until the moon sets or something powerful can reverse it. The stone on his neck helps hold this in, but the cycle of the moon can be very... very captivating.
Weakness:
- Deep water: Being of the more earthy areas, he doesn't like deep areas of water. He can swim, but in a fight scenario, he can only doggy paddle almost.
- Extremely fast opponents: He is not that slow... but... he isn't that fast. He bases his thing on taking hits and dishing out a more powerful one. Against really fast opponents, he has to rely on more tricks to slow them down.
- Being separated too long from his element: There are times that he was kept from being near anything earth based, and that weakens him. Such as if someone wanted a sky battle, he would say no, there is nothing up there to control for him.
RP Rules!
- I play pretty relaxed but I prefer a first time whisper to be out of character. If I know you very well (you know who you are) That is different, but if I do not... I get slightly off put by it.
- No underage. Seriously... I do not like it. I don't like dealing with underage players or characters that are underage. Just... ugh.
- I know my grammar may suck, but please try to hold some sort of grammatical value to your type. A could types is okay, but I cannot deal with terrible (I mean TERRIBLE) grammar and or English. Sorry, my patience just cannot handle it.
- Please no god modding. I hate it... so... FUCKING MUCH. Over powered characters are sometimes okay, but when having a legit fight and having a character just laugh and take it or just reflect all hits and laugh... then its not fun. This does differ with with over powered preds, because depending on the scene, the pred holds all the power. Fights though... major annoyance. You can win, just let some attacks work.
- Impatience. This is rare, because most people I scene with are really chill, but occasionally you get someone who is a complete ass about everything. If you are going to be rude... please just stop.
- Detail. If your profile is one small line in broken english... sorry, no. I need more to work with. Add more to your profile and perfect the language a bit better and others might play with you more.
Might be others, but those are the big ones. Besides that, I am a relaxed person that likes to hear ideas. All for new things and all of that.
