Species: Woodling Incarnation ( Essentially a Nymph. )

Gender Note: Malatai has been known/seen on occasion with a more androgynous than specific gender. Neither male or female, though tendencies could display a more gender specific attitude depending on his/her mood.

Malatai's Appearance (For sake and simplicity of my typing fingers, will generally refer to Malatai in the masculine. Both in this profile and roleplays, unless I feel intentionally like a more feminine role. )

Dark green hair atop of his head, laced with leaves and the occasional dark mushroom that seemed to all pleasantly blend in together. This look continued on to his body and torso, forming his very clothes and lacing his arms and legs with vines and leaves. His eyes were a deep green and rarely will he seem to be cold or hot.

His actual build and features were more slated as androngenous, a mixture between male and female but never really one way or the other. To inquire of his gender is to just get a long stare, but even he will encourage the use of male titles and references when speaking to him.

Although not directly his appearance, it should be noted that very often plants will lean in his direction ( Or out of his way, if he's walking. ), and that most forest animals and creatures absolutely do not fear him or attack him, even the more savagely known creatures.

Being a Woodling Incarnation, Malatai is a magnificently gifted and natural herbalist and alchemist. Very few, even among the deities, hold better talent in these natural arts than Malatai does. He is often seeked out by druids, priests, clerics, scientists and the like for his solutions, potions, and advice in these matters.

Furthermore, he is known as one of the best trackers on this planet. Even less manage to be on par with him for this, as nothing in nature will refuse to tell him what he is looking for. Animal, person, object, planet. Whatever he searches for, he can be told where it is or has gone, so long as it is still on this planet. Theoretically, he could do the same on other planets... Assuming the plant life is as nice as it is on Earth.

Druids and Nymphs hold him sacred to their rites and worship, though both admit that he isn't a deity. It is all done out of sheer respect and reverance for his affinity and ties to nature. In any of their communities, he is welcomed without any hesitation.

His personality is generally calm and patient, very contemplating, but there are occasions.. When he reacts like the Wood and Nature he represents. Cruel and with very sharp tongue, that tends to get the small Nymph into large trouble. Sometimes, he just doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut.

For defensive purposes and utilitarian, he nearly always has a staff of pure wood with him. Nothing outstanding about it, other than it is generally as firm as some of the hardest stone or metals, and can never be knocked out of his hand due to some mystical reasons. ( He has to let go of it willingly. ) He does not know of any particular fighting styles, other than 'Hit it over and over with stick'. Despite this, his agility and balance is exceptionally well. Far surpassing a human, he could balance on a pole or narrow branch easily on just the tips of his toes.

He hates to be near urban areas, but doesn't mind it when he needs things or to find someone. A city is just a city, he just has little use to be in them. Where he is known to live exactly, seems to be anywhere he lays down to rest, but again, doesn't mind to be in a bedroom/house and such.

( This is an Anything Goes kind of character, though I am on the prowl for a particular kind of long-term scene. I want him to become roommate to someone. An intentionally awkward scene, like a human gal getting him as roommate, and having to live with an extremely naive being causing ruckus and troubles for her. Explaining him to her friends, etc. Anyone that would be mildly to highly interested, please leave a pub. )
