Straight from the world of BlazBlue, it's Makoto! If you've not heard of her, she's...well, a squirrel girl! But she's much more than she seems.
For starters, she is VERY strong, far more than her (admittedly well-toned) body would suggest. Heck, she's stronger than any non-superpowered human, and very fast and agile (due to her squirrel roots). Her tail is also somewhat prehensile, and as strong as the rest of her.
When fighting, her weapons of choice are her bare knuckles. She wears a pair of (very heavy) tonfas, but these are more to add a little extra force to her already-powerful punches. They do give her a few extra abilities, though; they allow her to generate stationary balls of electricity, and, on rare occasions, they can open portals to generate giant, magically-enhanced replicas of her fists...or even a similar replica of her entire body! The portal abilities take a lot of energy, but they are immensely powerful.
Don't let her strength fool you, though; she's really very sweet! She's got a great sense of humor, lots of energy, and is VERY protective of her friends. To fuel those muscles and give her that energy, she's got a massive, and I mean MASSIVE appetite; she once ate over a ton of food in a single sitting to win a contest. She burns extra calories like nobody's business, though, so her stomach's growling quite often! She also has a bit of a fondness for cute things...particularly little boys and shy girls! They're just so cute!
This particular Makoto is from one of the many alternate timelines. In this one, the NOL branch she was assigned to had an...accident. There was a massive explosion...and, when Makoto woke up, she was in a strange park. She found she'd gained a few special abilities...Namely, she discovered that she'd become quite...well, elastic. Her mouth, her netherbits...even her rump could stretch quite a lot! She could even swallow a person whole, if she wanted...
But Makoto is really too nice to eat someone at random! She does know about reformation, so if she HAS to eat someone, she's not too broken up, but she avoids unwilling prey. Now, willing prey is another story...After all, with her appetite, a human-sized snack is just the thing to hold her over for a while.
