Maitilde

Born to a rural farming town in the south eastern sector of the Albion, Maitilde is of common descent but with latent divine energy coursing through her. Standing at 9'6" from hoof to head, she is a simple centaur. A country known for knights, the humans and centaur populace get along for mutual benefit. Discrimination exists, but it has been repressed into minority. This has shaped most of her young life, where she views her home town as a resting place for both heart and soul, a quiet slice of tranquility she will protect at any cost. It is for that reason she has joined the knights, although she lacks a capable rider. Given her spiritual talents, she has earned the title of war cleric, a capable fighter but also a trained healer on the battlefield.

Discipline and determination come naturally to her. Through prayer she is whole, and can protect her proud nation from would-be attackers. Typically, she would be paired with a paladin as a rider, but as of right now there have been few born with the gift, so she is left waiting and training. She can still be used in combat, but mostly she acts as a missionary between towns in order to keep the peace and rout out any diabolical heretic and heathen faiths. A rather boring task, but times of peace are relished, though idle hands can lead to all sorts of evil.
