MacKenzie was born in the Midnight town, it was overtaken by some dark magic.
That left many dead and the darkness consumed the light. So when she grew,
She was the chosen one that would help the forest heal. So she learnt a bit of magic.
She cleaned up the evil of the forest and helped it return to green.

In doing so the queen annoited her as protecter of the forest, In which she defends with her life.
She often keeps a watch over the city, and
She knows the layout of her forest, and everything about the woods. And even knows the predators to avoid.
She hates birds as they seems to cause the most trouble when they fly around. She knows they would love a snack like her.
