Lytia Nightelyn (Nite-lin) doesn't recall much beyond waking up in the custody of PTCA agents 8 years ago. Toni Starling, a former agent, informed the frightened girl that she was discovered during a raid on the laboratory of the criminal scientist, Dr_Devious, who unfortunately managed to evade capture that night. Lytia was given the name that was found in the documents nearby and the agents of the PTCA decided that it would be best to keep her for further examination and possibly even employment if the girl's powers proved to be stable. After years of testing and training in the secretive organization, Lytia became unbearably anxious to get out of the facilities and into the outside world. She hid herself on vehicle carrying four agents on a mission to capture a major target. When the vehicle stopped and the agents rushed out, Lytia cautiously slipped out behind them and sought to watch the encounter between the agents and the target someplace where she wouldn't be spotted.
She failed.
The target noticed Lytia sneaking around while he was fending off the four agents, and he knew a chance to escape when he saw one. And so he made a dash right for the startled girl and held his sword to her neck. Lytia had become a hostage; just what the target needed to escape capture. The girl was tied up and she felt very frightened naturally, but somehow something in her told her that this encounter was meant to happen - it just felt oddly right! She examined her captor with wary curiosity. He looked no older than she was. And for someone who was supposedly an extremely dangerous serial killer, the platinum haired boy dressed in black treated Lytia remarkably well - minus tying her up and threatening to slit her throat, of course.
Days passed before the boy felt comfortable with setting Lytia free. He was certain the agents didn't follow him for fear of putting Lytia's life in danger, but he wanted to make sure the girl was far enough from the agents that she couldn't reach them before he had a chance to lose them for good. He didn't count on Lytia not wanting to leave however. She said she couldn't leave without knowing everything about him and why she felt such a strong connection between the two of them. The white haired boy wanted nothing to do with Lytia, unfortunately for her, and he made it clear. But Lytia wasn't taking "no" for an answer and she grabbed the boy by his necktie and tried to beat him into accepting her decision to stay with him. She lost the fight badly, to no great surprise. And when Lytia had awakened she found herself in a hotel room with flowers and an apology card. The sweet gesture on behalf of the mysterious boy truly touched her heart, but Lytia made a resolution to find the boy and kick his butt anyway. There's too much that she wishes to know and that boy just has to have the information Lytia needs.
Skills, Powers, and Abilities:
- She has limited power of teleportation. She can jump anywhere between the space of about 30 to 35 feet.
- Given enough time to perform their magic, her two tails can shrink other creatures down to as little as mere inches in height.

OOC Comments:
This is a new version of Lytia, obviously, but aside from appearance and additional abilities the key elements of the character remain unchanged. The background story for this version is only meant to be an add-on to the original character's story.
