Luri is a wonderful poke........ well, not really. He's a bit overly-aggressive (Comes with the territory of being a fighting-type) and likes to pick fights with people bigger than him... Which, sure, does get him into trouble, but he's perfectly capable of getting out of it alone... After all, he's got QUITE the appetite for such a little guy...
He's not a bad guy, though... A bit rough around the edges, sure, but anyone he eats will almost always be reformed after digestion. If you put up a good fight, though, he'll definitely respect you. Those who prove themselves to be powerful adversaries or at least strong-willed will get to see his kinder side.
The way Luri's reformation works is that he gathers the prey's aura into his paw (Through a process similar to Force Palm) and adds some of his own to make up the difference of any lost. (He then jerks his hand downwards as if to throw a bouncy ball) However, doing so has a chance to make the prey reform as a Riolu temporarily if their aura is too weak, sometimes having to spend time as a Lucario as well. After some time, (as long as it takes their body to build their aura back up, in fact.) the person will turn back to normal instantly. However, if he eats them and has to bring them back again before they change back, the process can take longer, up to a point where they'll permanently become Riolus or Lucarios, at the very most.
As he is just barely mature, his "breeding brain" can make him a bit randy, (And can get him into trouble) but he still cannot rear children, as he's not quite mature enough. (Plus, he needs to evolve before he can breed! :P )
