Luna Shirogane (also known as Luna Platz, and goes by the nickname "Prez") is the 5th Grade class president of her school, known to be rather bossy originally. While she doesn't show it, she cares very much for her classmate, Geo Stelar, and sees Sonia Strumm as a rival. She is capable of becoming Queen Ophucia by Wave Changing with the FM-ian Ophucia. Even after Ophucia was destroyed, some of her data still remains inside Luna, so the transformation can be forced out of her.
