The one on the right is Luna, the founder and owner of the company known as LunaCorp. LunaCorp is a powerful interplanetary megacorp that sells and makes all sorts of goods. Phones, Computers, Weapons, Robots... you name it, they have probably made whatever you say. The corporation also sells these goods to anyone, as long as they have sufficient cash, It matters not if you are a criminal or a civilian.
The company has absolute power over any planet they've ever touched, and as such, it is best not to screw around with them. The first few warnings are just a few letters, but continued fuckery can lead to termination or abduction. Moon has no affiliation with the corporation but does have access to buildings and goods from them.

As stated, Luna is the daughter of Moon, however Luna is MUCH different from her mother (due to a lack of her existence in Luna's life. What a great mom, amirite?). Luna is very cold and unfriendly. She only interacts with people when she needs to, like if someone orders something from the company. She has a rather short temper too, the slightest mistake and you will end up potentially being destroyed in some way. She's a huge shut-in and has a brilliant (only as brilliant as the player's) mind, it is the sole reason why she's the owner of a such a successful company. Luna gets sick frequently, this isn't a lack of power or anything, she just doesn't have a very good immune system. The fox also has her gaurd up constantly, it is extremely hard to sneak up on her or eat her.
