A dragon in semi-human form, Lulu was originally an animal spirit who had reincarnated countless times in her homeland. Having accumulated enough spiritual development due to the plethora of past lives, she was given a chance by her worlds' goddess of nature, Syvia, to become a human. In order to reincarnate into a true human in her next life, however, she had one final task to spend a life on.

In Lulu's world, monsters run amok. They always have and, unless the world's technology level matched that of this world in its future, perhaps the beasties always will. Regardless, not all monsters are made from animal spirits -- some are ghosts who had grown wrathful enough to become monsters; others being humanoid spirits reincarnated as beasts (willful or not); some even are demons in the flesh, or are produced by magic (such as most undead). The animal spirit's goal in her life as Lulu Azure-Eyes would be to feed upon monsters. For that reason, she was born as a demi-dragon who can turn into a 10-foot tall, regular dragon to swallow them whole. Only recently upon visiting the Park, however, had she learned to swallow human-sized things whole as a demi-dragon.

By devouring her victims whole and digesting them alive, she is able to absorb their soul and strengthen her spirit from it. In doing so, she might learn a new power, but overall, her duty is to eat monsters' souls. Bear in mind, however, that the soul and spirit are separate in her world -- the soul dies, it being what makes each reincarnated spirit a new person, but the spirit lives on to reincarnate as normal. If an individual's soul and spirit are indistinguishable, Lulu's eldritch digestive system will only drain enough energy from it so that the victim can still be reformed, but for her to gain power still.

Lulu stands at about 5'4", wearing a faded black camisole and pastel blue bloomers. Her horns are an ivory white color, her skin somewhat pale, her hair brown, and her eyes, well, azure. Often times, she's known to paint the claws on her fingers and toes azure as well. Finally, her dragon tail and wings, as well as her scaly body in full dragon form, are a soft blue in color. She wears a black lace choker and ribbon around her neck, the charm on it silver, and she's known to carry her war fan and guitar with her.

Finally, Lulu is what's known in her homeland as a "cantor" -- mainly, a magical bard who channels divine energy through song to cast her spells. Her spells mostly revolve around healing, enhancing others' physical capabilities, and controlling the wind. As a dragon, her scales are tough as iron, her claws and teeth strong as steel, and she possesses the ability to breathe mist that freezes objects and beings on contact.
