Luis is a spunky young pup who tends to stick his nose where it doesn't belong, most would say that he follows his father's footsteps. He and his twin sister are probably two of the most spoiled young pups around the park area, everything they ask for they get. Their mother Harumi doesn't see it as spoiling but sees it as blessing and preparing them. Luis understands the dangers of the neighboring area but knowing that his protective parents are always around he tends to bite off more than he can chew. Hopefully he will make many new friends and very little enemies.
