Lucy or her full name Lucilia. Is just a nice local Scylla working at her own supply/tool shop for boats.
She was able to buy her own store buy selling several pearls and other valuables she found on the ocean floor.
The shop even doubles as her house! Albeit it is not all that big. The store takes up a lot of space.
But she doesn't only sell tools and sometime help repair stuff if you ask nicely.
She aso rents them out but only around the summer because of tourisme and earning money.
Mostly the classic swan boats but she has a few more. Those are one she got as a gift of sorts from others.
I say sorta because they were busted up.Quite badly damaged but they were fixable.
She lived in a sub she found while swimming it was stuck in a cove. She had to clear out a few skeletons but it quite nice.
Eventually with some help from other seafolk she was able to haul it that harbor where it rests now in her dock below her other boats.
Her sunction cups can feel like a smooch if lucy uses them gently. Otherwise they latch on quite strong the tentacle however isnt.
She can't lift thing that are too heavy. However something like a cup a book or a phone she can lift up.
She loves to hunt for mermaids. Guppy ones are her favorite<3 Living mostly on the harbor with her bedroom in the sub.
Since she spends a lot of time underwater she can't exactly wear normal clothes unless you like wet shirts.
So she has to wear stuff that is made of the same stuff as a wetsuit. Or perhaps carry a waterproof suitcase with her.
Of course like any boat owner should she does have a cute lil captain hat she sometimes puts on for fun.
