If you know the story of One Piece, then imagine that, but with a female version of him instead.
Lucy grew up in the same town as Luffy, in Foosha Village, where she grew up at for the first 14 years of her life. And of course, she found the Rubber-Rubber fruit, and ate it instantly, which people flipped about because everyone in town knew her to be a lover of swimming, and now that love was taken from her, yet she didnt care. Because of course growing up in his hometown, they knew all about Luffy, that he became the pirate king (not happened yet, just role with it) and everyone in the world knew of him, and to have his fruit, Lucy knew what she needed to do now. She needed to take on his legacy (yupp, he died, not in the manga, so no spoilers here) and even got his clothes.. and the villages treasured possession, his hat. Taking it she ran out during the night and out into the ocean with nothing but a small boat and her dreams.
She's fought many foes, and has grown strong over the next three years, and even some extra things have grown to, but like Luffy, dosent care if people stare. She is just a female of Luffy, naive, kinda dumb, passionate, caring, all Luffy. And the reason being (what no one has told her) is she is his son! Monkey D. Lucy, and her dream.. TO BECOME THE NEXT PIRATE KING!
Along the way, Lucy learned some tricks.. being so stretchy she knew she could wolf down food.. and has turned that into a weapon, eating monsters and even people and digesting them if they fight, though its a last resort.
For you pervs. Yes, her boobs can be stretched out.
