Lucida Thornheart is on the surface, the type of witch every one worries about. Keeps herself away from society, does unknown magic stuff, deals in paranormal sounding activites, lives alone...okay the last one isn't true. She definitely not alone.
This witch calls herself a ghostmancer. She focuses on use spirits of folks long gone to do whatever she wishes. She fascinated by the act of possession some ghost can do and she actively helps them to do so. Whether it be on objects around her home or the people of the world around her. This witch enjoys watching the ghost play around and mess with the world. She even uses her magic to feed them the souls of the people she digests. Her preferred method is to have a ghost possess her prey, then watch them as they crawl down her throat! After that the ghost just let go of the body and floats out of the witch's belly. After the person within digests, she then traps their soul on the gem on her hat or gives it to one of her lovely ghost friends.
Her relationships between the ghosts around her various a lot. From ones that remember their past lives, She's gathered lost spirits and those whose homes were burned down by the cowards of the world. She lets them all stay at her own home if they wish! They old "bad" relationships are with the ones she calls "Hollow," ghost that have forgotten near everything. Who, what and where they were in life. Lucida enchants this ones and brings them home regardless of their wishes. They merely exist, as least they'd have a purpose now. Otherwise her interactions with the ghosts depends on the ghosts themselves. She's had plenty of meal with them. She's had sex with several possessed folks, even once when she let herself get possessed. Yes, this witch will willingly let a ghost control her body for a time. Lucida even does experiments to try and get the ghosts to be stronger, allowing them to possess more and more types of living things.

Possession is the main theme of this alt, along side other paranormal things.
Possesed characters have no control of their bodies. They do retain all of their awareness though. Sight, Smell, Hearing, Feeling, Taste, the possessed still has them all. Anything the body of the possessed feels, both they and the Ghost experience it.
The Ghosts can be preds just like Lucida herself.
Given her nature, the ghosts WILL be a factor in every play she's in. It's dicussable what kind of factor.
RP Ideas:
Witch's Woods: The standard RP framework. You or a group venture out into the world, and get to close to the witches home! The spirits around react to protect their caretaker and possess the intruders! You get marched to the Witch's house where she has to decide your fate.
Unholy Resurrection: You are caught and possessed by a ghost and marched to Lucida. She then decided to try a darker ritual on you, something called the Rebonding. This ritual pulls the soul out of someone body, and capture in her soul gem. Afterwards she creates a ghost with the soul. The still alive body is then possessed by a different ghost, then yet another ritual bonds them. Effectively, you become a ghost, and someone else gets permanent use of your body!
A Witch's Dominion: Lucida gets a bit more proactive and uses her spirit to possess and capture some royal. A ghost is bound to them, and through this ghost, Lucida being able to puppet the royal. Lucida uses them to keep most folks away from her, and get certain.....things, sent to her for rituals and the like.
Living VS Dead: A group of fighters are sent to see about dealing with the witch within Mistgrove swamp.
