Cassiopeia is a terrifying creature - half woman, half snake - sister of Katarina, whose slightest glance brings death. The youngest daughter of one of Noxus' most influential families, she was once a beautiful and cunning temptress capable of manipulating the hardest heart. She sought nothing more than wealth and power in the name of her family, always seeking out newly discovered artifacts and vast wealth. One such rumor of hidden legend took her to the desert sands on Shurima, where she would trick the notorious bounty hunter Sivir into guiding her through a sealed Shuriman tomb.
Once inside she betrayed Sivir and cracked open the tomb with a gift of blood, drawn from the fangs of a tomb guardian. The bestial statue injected Cassiopeia with a venom that transformed her into the ascended serpentine assassin she has become today, and now she has gained favor with the most ancient horrors of Shurima Renekton and Xerath, she continues to serve Noxian interests as she always has, just in a more... visceral way.
