The mysterious Lord Opticon. Rarely seen in public but his acts of terror are spread out the vast plains thanks to his loyal and obedient network of operatives. Always wearing a black mask, with no holes for his mouth or nose, the only distinguish mark on the mask being the glowing red eyes behind it.

Some say that strong physique of his may be inhuman, maybe cyborg, many have not engaged with such conversation with Opticon and lived.

The masked man has made it a mission of his to battle and crush authority, no one truly knows if his motives for such ideals are personal, political, or financial but his sense of uprising has lead to people follow him blindly without question.

Or maybe it's the brainwashing he tends to inflict on people too? With vast technology at his disposal, Opticon has the means and the ways to form his perfect army. The loyal OrchidTwins doing most of his work hunting out for new recruits for his operations.

While his operations are carried out, they could range from the attack of a military base, the stealing of military plans, kidnap, extortion, Opticon remains in hiding. He travels through cities and towns via stealth vehicles, his favourite being his luxury ocean cruiser.

Such stylish travelling has given him a sense of self-importance and the occasional desire to be entertained by women. But such are his male needs.

But regardless, Opticon's power is growing and it's only a matter of time until he launches a full out assault against his enemies.
