Llufnis is the result of a very extensive ane expencive series of experiments, the goal being to combine the DNA of any creatures, and unlock the buildling blocks of life. The result was a success when Llufnis, or Experiment 00027 was created, of course the downside was that their masterful creation was only about 2 inches tall. However soon after the lab was put into a state of panic and, sencing the destrution of it's Data, the Master computer imprinted all the data from all the lab functions and experiments into Llufnis's brain.

Llufnis himself was hurt during the destrution of the lab, and to make matters worse for him, he has had no experiance, no exposure to the outside world his whole life and knows not what to expect when he goes out, especially in a place like the Park, ESPECIALLY when he is that small.
