History
Lisa goes to school at the local university, a graduate student studying in Public Relations and Marketing. However, she has found herself in a strange predicament. To support her way through school she started bartending and working at a hostess at the local club,
Silver. Showing quite the initiative, she had offered numerous ways to run the place better, and soon found herself being promoted. An unfortunate incident in which she caught the previous manager assaulting a woman in his office and sealed his fate, and despite her concerns, she was pushed into the mangerial position herself.
Now she balances this with her studies, and she may be in over her head. The nightclub itself is fairly successful, but it is a difficult place to run, especially to one with her daily commitments, and she finds her already tightly wound personality stretched to its limit.
Personality
Lisa is a rather serious person. Though she's kind and gentle to people, she takes life quite seriously and frequently forgets to stop and enjoy it. Despite this, and despite the confident demeanor she usually shows, she is actually not very sure of herself, thinking that she's never quite enough to handle what she needs to, no matter how many times she's succeeded.
As a result of her busy life and her uncertain disposition towards herself, she has had very few relationships and has minimal experience connecting with people on a deeper level.
