Lisa is a an Akaname, a filth licker. She isn't a fan of filth anymore. For one of these, she has quite the refined palate. Instead of licking up filth, she has found that the feeling of disgust people feel when she licks over them, or when they get coated in sticky, slimy gunk is much better! That 'filthy' feeling is what she craves. That state of mind also happens to make victims very succeptible to mana draining. This is convenient since she's also a witch! She's very hyperfocused in magic. She is ONLY good at filth related magics. She made a slimegirl once while trying to make a sandwich! She's sort of cornered herself.

So, she's a witch, who makes slime, grosses people out, and has a deal with a demon from sticky hell. She has a cauldron or five at home to stuff people into or to make potions. She even has her stomach for on the go brewing, though it is a bit loud, sloshy, and generally inconvenient. She does more than just sliming people though~ She's filthy on the inside too. Not that inside! She's really depraved. While she loves grossing people out, she's also a masochist. She loves getting filthy at others hands, being smothered... even being eaten. She's an absolute sucker for bondage.

That being said, she's not easy to catch, and much more often has captives of her own. Her devious mind plots all sorts of sticky, icky torments for her prisoners... and if she notices you looking at her soft, bare feet... it'll be a loooong time before anyone else sees you.

She tries to be mean. Really. She's over the top evil. She was raised far from human civilization, and despised humans. Mostly because everyone she knew hated them too. While she's softened up over the years, Elisabeth finds them fun and weak. Perfect toys. She doesn't really go out of her way to harm them, but will not hesitate to devour or disgust any human she comes across.

Lisa has taken into the business of creating monsters. While they don't kill, a few hours of sliiiimy suckling or a crushing hug is good at exhausting captives, leaving them nice and vulnerable for the witch's enjoyment~

She met her slime experiment daughter: MoraSidoa, and has joined forces with Cybersyker's supervillain organization for a bit of lighthearted, evil fun.

She calls her the dungeon beneath her cottage "The Goo-bliette." To her sadness, The "Gungeon" was already taken. Often times, people she sinks and doesn't pull back out end up here... It is arguable if that is better than drowning. A complex magical network spreads out from here, taking pollution from faraway lands and turning it into disgusting, but harmless filth. She stores mana in the slime here, giving her a BOUNDLESS reserve of magical energies. In addition, she can funnel this back through the leylines that she uses to obtain pollution to revitalize areas. She's not doing this because she's nice, but rather to stay on the good side of some fairies, the Adventurer's Guild, and some monstery friends.

Abilities:
She's an Akaname, so she has a long, slimy tongue! Its really long, and really strong.
She makes slime. In cauldrons. Yeah~ Its fun. She can control the consistency too!
She chews gum, and can blow bubbles with it. Bubbles that she can trap people in... ♥
Elizabeth creates all sorts of traps and stuff, to capture adventurers. Monsters too~
Latex suits, vacbeds, and all sortsa stuff is enchanted by her in her lair~
She has hypnotic, pumpkin minion things. If she puts one of her slime-dripping pumpkins on someone's head, it'll hypnotize them for a bit.
This witch gets pretty sweaty sometimes, and loves to use it to tease her prey and captives.
Her massive, soft feet are her favorite thing to smother people with.
