Growing up in the sandy town of Dashriver was not easy for young Lina. Due to the town being poor, and their only source of income being their plentiful river and crops, nothing much ever happened there. Until one day, Lina fell into a dried up well and found something astonishing: A strange magical scarf. It emanated an aura of regality, and as she picked it up, she could feel winds around her stronger than ever before. She had uncovered the Scirocco Scarf, a relic that lets its user control winds. This, combined with her dazzling looks, earned her the nickname "Maiden of the Oasis", as she wandered around in her enchanted garb that made her tough like a knight.
Due to the rifts in the desert, she has been known to end up in what some consider a "Modern world", and she has brought knowledge between the worlds to the residents of both. She has enjoyed the things other dimensions offer, like good food and movies, and does not mind having to search for a rift for a while in some cases. She does hope to settle down with someone, but now might not be the time for that, as there are places that need her urgently
She has practiced local bellydancing, as one can tell from her attire, and her kind and playful attitude hasn't waned at all, even with the responsibility over the relic on her shoulders. If one cannot enjoy life, what CAN they enjoy after all? Only 2 things are certain in the desert: The sun shines, and so do the people.
She found a cute Elf by the name of Bael and just stuck around with him, their bond growing deeper to the point of them dating each other at the moment!
