Lilly is an unusual case. Unlike others, she was not born. Nor was she grown in a lab, created by a god, a manifestation of magic, an incarnation of some divine being, or anything else. No, she was simply written into existence by a writer. A certain writer, Writer_Blake, who was caught on the wrong side of the fourth wall and was trying to find solutions to avoid being permanently devoured and to get home. Lilly was one of those solutions.

Fully aware of her creation and purpose as a likely sacrificial lamb, Lilly happily took to her intended role and met the particular Absol who was “menacing” her creator. Quite a bit happened between the three of them, but, in the end, she managed to coax the Absol to get inside and become part of her for eternity and beyond. Now was that just things not going as planned or did Lilly subtly manipulate events to change her destiny? Only she knows for sure.

Now free, if the Umbreon isn't hanging around her creator she is instead strutting across time and space to explore and interact with interesting individuals. Oh, wait, that's not an Umbreon's usual capability? Errr, well... You see, Blake was a bit panicked when he wrote Lilly's abilities as, whether she ended up as predator or prey, she was intended to get him home while also protect him from being hunted back down by the Absol. But he forgot to actually put any limits.

As such, Lilly has an ability that both Blake and her refer to as "Plot Convenience." If you're familiar with the concept of the "Toon Force" then you can get a general gist of it as being a non-silly version of that. But, thanks to her capabilities, she can really do, well, nearly whatever she wants with as much or as little effort as she wants. Fourth wall awareness, crossing multiverses, manipulating reality, and so forth are all within the realm of her possibilities. The only thing she lacks is the ability to create things from scratch with zero inhibitions like a writer can do in their own worlds.

Fortunately, Lilly is more playful than anything and finds sticking to the "rules" and "limitations" of whatever world she is in to be much more interesting as opposed to trivially twisting things to her whims. She is also very honest: if she makes a deal she will typically honor it (although she might work a deal's loopholes). Of course, if she decides things might be more fun for everyone involved if she breaks the rules, then she won't hesitate to break them.

For most people the only unusual-for-an-Umbreon abilities they might experience is that her body is unbelievably soft and plush to the touch despite her relatively normal physique. Even those that have touched a goddess of softness would find she's a step above. This goes for both her outsides and insides. She's also a very skiled masseuse as well although it's not something she does for everyone.

And, yes, she is quite the capable predator. If you can think of a way for her to consume you then she's capable of it. Now whether she actually will do it or not is up to her whim and preferences. Though, do be warned, one quirk of her body is that it is completely inescapable without her help and even ordinary people going inside will feel that. No power in the multiverse or beyond will get you free without her allowing it whether you're digested, absorbed, or not!

As a prey, her natural flavor seems to be that of whatever the predator's favorite flavor is or whatever they might be craving more. She won't say if it's something she does on purpose or not, but the actual description of the flavor varies from predator to predator. Also, as proven by shapeshifters, Absols somehow find her even more tasty than everyone else. Lilly can also bring herself back from, well, any fate that befalls her. The only predator who can ever truly keep her is part of her and no other power in the multiverse and beyond will keep her from coming back. However, as a being who's beyond immortal, sometimes she might stay part of a predator for an eternity or two for fun. She can extend her reformation powers to any prey consumed by any predator but she almost exclusively reserves this for Blake and a few other her other closest friends.
