However she's still a ninja and still training even if she does have a fairly easygoing and casual outlook on life.
Home: either the family apartment in town or the training temple out in the wilderness. the apartment is standard but the temple deserves more descripition. A walled courtyard with a broad single floored building opening the front wall with an entrance tunnel running right through the building. On the left it has two bedrooms, a common room and a kitchen and on the right is a training room. On the far side of the courtyard stands a pagoda shrine. There's an outhouse on grounds and a waterfall and splash pool for bathing behind the temple, though the area above the waterfall is somewhat dangerous due to the ninja assault course there.

Stealth: Lilly Sanhien is trained in the art of sneaking and can move at a fair pace without making a sound.
Combat training: Lilly is best fighting hand to hand or with Kunai, she's still training with her Bokken and bow.
Gifted: Lilly is stronger and tougher than expected as part of her bloodline.
Meditation: She can heal wounds fairly quickly by meditating.
Footwork: As a ninja Lilly can achieve some seemingly physics defying feats of agility by focusing her own chakra, the use of chakra bonds allows her to cling to a surface regardless of orientation though only for a few steps.(Standing in place is something she can do for quite a while though)
Gliding: Lilly can fall slower than usual, as if mitigating gravity, which allows her leaps to carry her further and means she can drop to the ground without injury most of the time.
Leaps and bounds: Lilly can leap about 3 or so meters straight up from a standing start and combined with her gliding talents she can cross great distances in a single bound.
