A Meloetta who's taken a more laid back approach as the Keeper of Song and Melody, running the jazzy Red Boots cafe. Here she serves as the only member of staff, serving internet, coffee, and her own jazz music over the speakers. Her stuff's a little on the expensive side, but there's always alternative ways to pay if one doesn't have enough up front. As one might expect, the music's not just good, it's enchanted, a sense of calm and serenity flowing over those that listen. There's a stand up routine every Wednesday where she'll take requests if she likes the song enough, though given her style she'll jazz it up to her liking. The Meloetta's entire body is musical, each and every piece of her a different instrument, and she's proficient in all of them enough to change up any song she desires to fit her mood. Casual, laid back, and a bit loose with herself, Lilian's open to conversing with any and all about any and all. She's a bit standoffish on cornering her into directly lewd affairs, but enough small talk and purchasing power's enough to lower her guard to those more interested in what's underneath her dress.

While all Meloetta are muses of the singing arts, not all Meloetta are graceful at this. Lilian here, though serene in name, is anything but in disposition, having found her musical talents best to screaming her lungs out at a death metal concert. She's still got the enchanting voice the rest of her species does, her concerts tending to devolve into drug-fueled orgies as is her common interest, though oddly she's resistant to joining in once she finishes, opting instead to lure one lucky individual away for a private meeting - one which some don't return from. Very much the definition of hard metal rocker, Lilian spends most of her not-preforming time being high, snacking on inordinate amounts of food, and relaxing in her apartment above some small dingy cafe. This is where she'll take those she likes, though it never seems to be open despite her having the key to entry.
