Liliah is an extremely dangerous servant of the Chaos god Slaanesh... while her soul is still chained to the metallic form of a Defiler daemon engine, she has largely broken her bonds and now controls every essence of her form.
Liliah's original form has long been lost to time... the date where she became part of the armies of the dark powers lost millenia ago. She was human, once... but while she has memories of this, she will not speak of it, nor does she miss it. The girl revels in the powers her current body grants her, the mounted weapons and daemonic gifts, the strange and wondrous abilities she has gained over the years.
As one might expect, she's constantly hungry. Flesh, metal, souls... if you put it in front of her, she'll likely devour it, and has plenty of ways to go about doing so, on her person. You can always tell where she's been, on a battlefield... other daemons leave the corpses of hundreds in their wake, with battered and ravaged war machines torn asunder. Liliah just eats it all. Glurp~
Despite her terrifying form and ravenous tendencies, Liliah is quite civilized for a Chaos Daemon. Especially when caught away from a military campaign, and fully sated... one might be able to strike up some sort of meaningful conversation with the monstrous creature, as she is well versed in history and lore, and is a surprising connoisseur of the fine arts. Her attitude leads one to believe that she may have been a princess, long ago, before her conversion.
She is also quite fascinated with those things she can find on voyages outside of the Daemon realms. While it's quite hilarious to see a massive, clanking terror examining a child's toy, it's quite the common occurence. Of course, by that time, the child is usually nowhere to be found...
Liliah's power... and her daemonic form... lose power when too far from the realms of Chaos, however. Much like her mistress, she can only hold her daemon form for a certain amount of time before reverting to something... well, slightly less physically threatening, at least.
Liliah's powered-down form is not only a far cry form the norm for her, but it's downright adorable. She loses all of her weapons, of course, though her hunger and her personality stays, and a lot of her physical abilities remain. She gains new ones, as well, though her favorite thing about her powered-down form is 'Getting to wear some decent, pretty clothes for once!'

---Liliah - Demon Form---
Liliah is a Chaos Defiler, a daemon engine. Essentially, a daemon's essence confined to fuel a massive war machine. But Liliah is powerful enough to not only take over her new form, but modify it to suit her needs. This technically classifies her as a 'Soul Grinder', though she elected to keep some of the equipment that would normally be discarded. The following is a list of Liliah's armaments and abilities in her daemon form.
Subjugator Cannon - The centerpiece of Liliah's body, this long-barrelled weapon was originally taken off of a Leman Russ battle tank... but after centuries of being attached to Liliah, it's become something more. It's essentially an organic Vanquisher cannon, a large anti-tank gun... but, in addition to cannon shells, Liliah can fire massive bursts of organic goo, or thick globs of pure acid, to catch or kill her chosen prey. She's also been known to stuff people -into- the cannon, to be turned into more of the goo she uses as ammunition.
Doom Siren - The multitude of speakers on Liliah's body constantly wail with her sweet yet terrifying voice, which not only damages the hearing of an enemy and slows them in combat, but can be used as an offensive weapon, like a flamethrower made of pure sound waves.
Liliah's Maw - Underneath her face plate is, obviously, Liliah's mouth. Due to her focus on consuming her victims, however, Liliah's mouth is really her primary weapon, and she can use it in a few different ways.
Saliva: Liliah can unleash a wave of thick, sticky, gooey saliva that coats the ground, mires anything unlucky enough to be caught within, and slowly begins the digestive process.
Spit: Liliah can similarly spit huge, thick gobbets of slime considerable distances, to engulf, slow, and even smother and kill enemies that are too far away to drool on.
Boon of Mutation: A special gobbet of spit that can only be used on a single opponent at a time. If an opponent succumbs to this attack, they're converted into a thick, sticky pink blob under her control. Everything this blob absorbs adds to its bulk... she tends to eat it later, as it's chock full of tasty souls. Sometimes, it gets to her size, or larger!
Tongue: Liliah has a massive, thick, sticky tongue, and she commonly uses this to snatch up single enemies to gulp down, or to spear through tanks to get to the delicious treats within.
Breast - Liliah's left breast has long since mutated into a mouth of its own, complete with a tongue and its own separate digestive tract. It operates without her thinking about it, and commonly snares smaller, faster enemies that might be adept at dodging her attacks.
Claws - Liliah's claws are powerful enough to rend Titans apart, which means that smaller beings don't stand much of a chance. Luckily for them, she enjoys taking her meals whole... but, particularly obstinate prey might just be snipped in half.
Hair - Liliah's hair is a mass of hungry serpents, each one large enough to slurp up a human-sized enemy. It's not uncommon to see her 'combing' her hair with her fingers, massaging scores of small bulges. The serpents have venom that paralyzes but does not kill... after all, she does like to eat them alive~
Incarceration - As Liliah no longer has a need for the incarceration chamber of her body, she's able to lock another being inside. It's hard to say what becomes of them...
Soporific Musk - Liliah, despite her looks, smells wonderful. Just being around her makes you want to go to sleep as wonderful scents and a soft breeze tease your senses...
---Liliah - Unpowered Form---
Liliah's unpowered form is barely five feet tall, and while she appears harmless, this is definitely not the case.
Liliah still has access to her Soporific Musk and Maw powers, exactly as if she were in demon form.
She is also capable of using her hair as a mass of tendrils to grip, trap, and devour/absorb victims.
Her breasts can feed on her victims like before, and she can gulp them down her hungry throat as well.
She's capable of devouring them with her nether regions, but this is quite rare.
She's much more seductive in this form, and is quite fond of smothering the fight out of chosen victims before she devours them~
Last but not least, her voice... Liliah's voice, freed from the disruption of the doom siren, now enraptures and hypnotizes those who hear it. This allows her to exert limited control over people around her... usually guiding folks into her belly~
Don't be afraid to approach her, in either form... unless you're a Space Marine~
