Lemmy Koopa, the happy, kooky little circus fan! He is the smallest of the group and well recognized by his eyes and his multi-colored mohawk. He is definitely the most childish out of the group as well, but seemingly the most innocent and the most benevolent. In different works, such as Super Mario-kun, he has even helped Mario himself. His nickname, the 'Clown Prince of Koopas', is well deserved in the fact that he would rather join the circus than actually commit crimes. This is reflected in his arenas and his combat style, as his main thing is balancing atop a large rubber ball. I play him as having a strong fondness and tie to Iggy, seeming to be closer to him as a brother than the others, though he does enjoy the others, not able to really bring himself to hate them, even if they end up berating him. In general, he is just a little sweetheart compared to his siblings.

Lemmy's abilities are all a mixture of games he has appeared in. His main abilities are to use his wand to create more rubber balls, breathing out fire, and throwing star patterned bombs that could bounce. Lemmy can also use his more tricky side and magic to split into copies, while fighting someone or before fighting them if he knows that it will be helfpul. He is also capable of spinning like a top, or spinning inside his shell, though he mainly does it inside his shell due to added protection. Lemmy also has his own clown car that he will utilize if he needs to. The koopaling also shows some magical prowess, able to create illusions, teleports in puffs of smoke, and create magic blasts. He is able to turn his wand into the "Wonder Ball", a circus ball rimmed with spikes across the middle he rapidly would grind against enemies. This is all ontop of his seemingly high physical prowess, with his amazing balance and acrobatic skills, not to mention the strength that he would need for most of his tricks and the ability to throw large bombs in large quantities.
