Welcome to Radio Mayhem, brought to you straight from the outer orbits of Sol-3! The feds, Syndrica's cronies, Intergalactic Police, and plenty of bounty hunters have been searching for the location of Radio Mayhem, a pirate radio station run by an actual space pirate. Lede Laguna is the captain of this ship and station. Born Uwi Wum Uplut, this bio-enhanced salamander-like alien from a far off galaxy is one of the few people standing in the way of Syndrica's total corporate control of Earth. Lede has been fucking up Syndrica's plans shortly after word of her aquisiton of the Sol System spread. People across the universe have enjoyed the art of Earth. Now some Corporate chucklefuck was going to take it? Not on her watch! Lede routinely conducts raids on Syndrica's Orbital Complex, as well as on the surface. Her whole crew is above killing, but they aren't above having fun with... pretty much whoever they catch. Lede is looked up to far and wide. She steals from the mega-rich, rescues those captured by Syndrica's forces, and keeps information free. In her mind, she's nothing like a hero. She just really, really hates Syndrica...and earthlings are fun to play with.

Radio Mayhem is a set of broadcasts. Its broadcasts are whatever shows she feels like stealing from earth, News, Music segments, and some inspirational talky segments run by Lede herself. News of the movements Syndicated forces are often broadcasted, along with descriptions of the exploits of her allies. It's also the name of her ship. A large, heavily stealthed cruiser with multiple smaller craft attached. It houses quite a large crew, as well as an expansive prison with plenty of equipment for interrogations. She's often found down there tormenting captives when not hosting. Her personal ship is known as the Peace Frog.

Lede is fairly strong, and also capable both in hand to hand combat and with various weapons. More importantly, Lede is bio-enhanced with Nanomachines. These give her superhuman endurance as well as the ability to shapeshift a little, mostly to change her body type. She can expand and stretch as well. One of the more interesting uses of this is her ability to transmute her bodily fluids. Being amphibioid, her skin is always slightly slick with a slippery, slightly poisonous, slime. She can control the secretion of this substance change it to something else afterwards. For instance, she may turn the slime into a latex cocoon or suit after applying it to a victim. Her durability also allows her to consume others. She's not too keen on killing them, but passing them all the way through is certainly a torturous experience. Her insides are a glowy cyan, and, while soft, are very tight and clingy. Her body has a scent most Earthlings find strange. Good or bad, it's different to everyone. Captives on her ship will often find themselves at her mercy. She isn't merciful. Some do say it's a good time, though~
