Besides a pretty face in the classical sense, nothing would likely stand out about Leah in public most days. She is a very reserved, often conservatively dressed, quiet woman who comes from a family of much the same with no notable features among her kin either. She married an average husband in every sense of the word, having been introduced to one another by their families. Leah spends her time being a very active homemaker and member of the local community, expressing the qualities of her namesake while also known for her constant adherance to a proper 'ladylike' presentattion.

There is something peculiar about Leah, though. Something that doesn't come up very often, and something she doesn't necessarily keep secret but rather under control particularly well. Leah's body, normally a very petite, elegantly slender figure, is prone to changing dramatically during certain moods. The most prominent of these moods when it comes to these effects is sexual interest and excitement. If Leah finds herself attracted to someone or something else, her body responds in a way almost like a sexually excited man's does, but instead of an erection her breasts and most notably her butt may expand in proportion to her level of excitement. Now this little feature of hers is unknown to most people, even her close friends, due to her calm and collected attitude. Even her husband was unaware of it for the longest time, which just made it more embarassing for him when he did find out the sort of stimuli required for such a change. That's not the only change though, just the easiest to see on the surface. Leah has had darker moods that also change her body in different, more subtle ways. Those moods tend to lean towards more... gluttonous tendencies. Leah is quite fine with people thinking her butt and boobs getting thicker when she's attracted to someone is the biggest secret she has if that keeps them from digging any further into her private life and strange body, particularly when it comes to connecting her to the disappearance of several dozen people in her town to her.
