Lauryn is.... normal, she really is, there have been no tragic deaths in her past that drive her to be anything but a slightly rebellious teenage girl, she doesn't have magic powers to spent her free time fighting a great evil or defend the city from villains. She's just a regular girl raised by regular parents working retail jobs, has an annoying older brother and hates having to do chores around the house, help with the laundry? Wash dishes? Who is she their maid?

As can almost be expected with every other teen she started acting out a bit, listening to music her parents don't like and think is bad her for, buying her own clothes and choosing her own outfits rather than putting on the boring old fashioned jeans, t-shirt and pullover combination. Provocative stockings? Not wearing a bra? Scandalous, even if she doesn't really have that much to fear when not wearing bra. Skirts that might show a bit too much of her panties when the wind blows the wrong way or she swishes her tail energetically? How dare she! All in all it's pretty harmless stuff, asides from some marijuana with her friends sometimes she doesn't really fancy drugs. Her grades in school are ok, and if there's a big test coming up she does grudgingly buckle down to read her notes and prepare, she doesn't want to end up working in a supermarket like her mother, or a computer hardware store like the geek that is her father.

Asides from getting a bit hotheaded with her family, she's usually a rather relaxed girl to be around, can even get affectionate and forget about personal space every now and then, she's got some natural curiosity, is a fairly good at sports and very agile and flexible, she likes being close to friends can even be a bit clingy and much like you'd expect can change her mind in a heartbeat if her mood happens to change randomly, going from lazily being scratched behind the ears to licking your face or playing video games. She also likes sweet stuff. Kinda.
