Background - Once was a normal Latios who was left for dead by a event. Then Sale came by and offered him a choice; Choice to become his test dummy for magic and rituals, or die. Needless to say he choice the former, thus begining an odd friendship between the two. What was turning into a friendship soon changed over into Sale want him to be more submissive, so he started to "train" him as such. It was during this that Sale turned him an anthropomorphic version of himself and soon fiting a collar onto him that gives pleasure if he does something right or shocks him to his core if he does something wrong.

Personality - L's persona has been wrapped from this treatment that he soon sees it more acceptable than anything else, even being flirty about it with his master. Possibly as a couping messaure or is starting to enjoy the fruits of being around Sale himself.

Natural Abilities


Flight - Can both hover and fly as if he was still a normal Latios.
