While long retired, Laska used to be known as 'Deadman', a feared reaper who would hunt souls down and send them to the underworld... and sometimes he wouldn't wait for the soul to be free of a body. Nowadays, he lingers around the west side of the park, sometimes retreating into a coffin leaned up against an old withered oak tree.
Laska will appear to others as a tall (6'6") and apparently lean man, but his weight is surprisingly deceptive at 300 pounds. He appears to be well dressed with a black suit and tie, blue collared shirt, and his trademark shirt he is never seen without. While he is very, VERY old (and truthfully no longer remembers his real age), he appears to be 25 years of age.
As one of the park's longest residing residents, Laska is a foreboding being and an incredibly powerful one to boot, though he tries to avoid conflicts in his hunts whenever possible.

- Magic: Black magic, curses and other spells..
- Immense durability to both physical and magical punishment.
- Specialty in transformation.
- Formlocked: Cannot be forced to change his form against his will.
