File #85754 - Shapeshifter Resident

Age: Claims to be centuries old, but tests have shown to be more recent.
Threat Level: Mild

Larsher Mili has a compelling voice that she tries to avoid using around friends. Communication was initially difficult as she stuck to thinking her words and letting telepaths read them for communication.

Larsher normally is a shapeless red mass of unknown organic material; has very limited sensory perception, but highly flexible. When she takes on her Primary Form (Human) however, she can somehow utilise the full array of senses.

Her imitation of the Human body is almost flawless - while she has identified herself with a certain body, she can easily imitate another person or animal if needed be; so long as they're wearing red.

According to Larsher, her diet mostly consists of organic materials, but has an acquired taste towards living flesh. The process of consumption oddly enough 100%, everything being incorporated into her body. It is theorised if she reaches critical mass, the body separates into two individuals.

At her request, the use of a plasma furnace is authorised to burn off excess mass after large meals.

File #85760 - Cyber-Ninja

Orta was abducted as a child by a Japanese military contractor looking to create the perfect supersoldier. The program had some merit to it - there was an ongoing alien threat and not enough soldiers to fight them off.

Orta had shown very promising results, once she got over the kidnapping and torturous training method phase of the program. Then the war was over, the program has to be retooled and there was a surplus of technology. Orta was one of the few people to be turned into a "Cyber-Ninja"

Her body has had parts taken out of it and replaced with various technological components. A full comprehensive list of the various parts would not be fit for this summary, so here are some of the main changes.

Her skin is weaved with a special organic alloy dubbed as "Skintanium" by the researchers which has shown to be surprisingly durable and self-repairing.

A neural implant was inserted to allow communication between the other Cyber-Ninjas and to connect to computer networks. Her brain can process thoughts much faster than the average person and can even adapt the software of her neural implant to unknown operating systems.

When the controversy behind the Cyber-Ninja program was spilled on WikiLeaks, the Japanese government shut it down and decommissioned all assets.

This report wouldn't be written about her if Orta was dead. She was found, her brain's mostly fried from the EMP dropped over the area and she's slowly learning to be a normal Human being... living in the company of space mercenaries. Who kill people for money.

Orta mostly accompanies Larsher Mili (see File #85754), serving as a translator when other psychics are not around.
